Production timing, delivery estimates, return eligibility, and how contact information is used.

Shipping
Production and delivery
Orders are made and shipped by the production partner assigned to each garment. U.S. shipping is included in the listed price.
Production time: Allow 3–5 business days for production before shipment.
Shipping time: After production, U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
Tracking: We email a tracking link as soon as the order ships. If you don’t see it, check spam first, then email us.
Returns
Returns and replacements
We replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for preference or sizing.
Defects & misprints: If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once verified, we replace it at no cost. You do not need to ship the original back.
Sizing exchanges: Please compare the size chart before ordering; sizing exchanges are not available.
How to start one: email us with your order number and a couple of clear photos of the issue. We’ll take it from there.
Privacy
How we use your information
We collect only the information needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and send updates you request. We do not sell personal information.
- Email signups If you subscribe, we store your email address and signup source so we can send new-design and Journal updates. Reply to any email or email us to unsubscribe.
- Order information If you buy directly from us, Stripe handles payment, the applicable production partner receives the shipping details needed to make and deliver the order, and our transactional email provider receives the email and tracking details needed for order updates. We keep a limited order-status record for fulfillment and support. We never see or store your full card number.
- Site analytics We use Vercel Web Analytics – privacy-friendly, cookieless, aggregate-only – to count page views and see which pages people read. No personal profiles, no cross-site tracking, no ad-tech pixels. Vercel’s standard request logs also see your IP and which page you loaded, the same way any web host does.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it for marketing. To request deletion of an email signup or other stored information, email us and we’ll remove it.
