How we make the shirts, what happens if one shows up wrong, and what we do with your email
How it works
Print & shipping
Shirts are printed on demand by our partner Fourthwall on Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed heavyweight tees. We design; they print and ship. That keeps the catalog honest - nothing sits in a warehouse, and a tee only exists once you’ve ordered one.
Production time: 3–5 business days before an order ships. Every shirt is made to order, so this part is the printing itself, not a queue at a warehouse.
Shipping time: After production, domestic US orders typically deliver in 3–7 business days. International orders take roughly 2–4 weeks after production - most of that delay is customs.
Tracking: Fourthwall emails a tracking link the moment the order ships. If you don’t see it, check spam first, then write us at email the club.
Returns & exchanges
If something’s wrong, we make it right
Because shirts are printed when you order, returns work a little differently than standard retail. The short version: we cover what came out wrong, not what you changed your mind on.
Defects & misprints: If a shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong from the production partner, write us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once verified we replace it at no cost - no need to ship the original back.
Sizing exchanges: Because each shirt is made to order, we can’t exchange for a different size. Check the size chart on the product page before ordering - that’s the most reliable safety net we can offer.
How to start one: Email email the club with your order number and a couple of clear photos of the issue. We’ll take it from there.
Privacy
What we collect, and why
Plain version: we keep as little as we can, only for as long as we need it, and we don’t sell any of it. Specifics below.
- Email signups If you join the drop list, your email goes in a Supabase table we control, tagged with where you signed up from (homepage, PDP, drop page). We use it to send one note when a new drop opens. That’s the whole job. Reply to any email - or write email the club - to be removed.
- Order information If you buy a shirt, checkout is handled by Fourthwall. Payment, shipping address, and order history live in their system, governed by Fourthwall’s privacy policy. We see the order to fulfill it. We don’t see your card.
- Site analytics We use Vercel Web Analytics - privacy-friendly, cookieless, aggregate-only - to count page views and see which pages people read. No personal profiles, no cross-site tracking, no ad-tech pixels. Vercel’s standard request logs also see your IP and which page you loaded, the same way any web host does.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it for marketing. Anything you’d like removed - an email signup or other stored information - email email the club and we’ll delete the row.
